French 75

Gin, simple, lemon, champagne.

Ingredients:

1oz Gin

0.5oz Simple Syrup

0.5oz Lemon Juice

4oz Champagne

Directions:

Pour gin, simple syrup and lemon juice into a shaker tin with ice. Shake and strain into a glass then top up with Champagne. Feel free to add a lemon wheel or twist as a garnish.

Red Sangria

Red wine, triple sec, sparkling wine, cranberry juice, sliced fruit.

Ingredients:

1 bottle Red Wine

1 bottle Champagne

6oz Triple Sec

750ml Cranraspberry juice

Sliced orange wheels

Fresh raspberries

Directions:

Pour red wine, champagne, triple sec and cranraspberry juice into a large serving bowl or jug. Add sliced orange wheels and fresh raspberries and stir. Fill a wine glass with ice and scoop or pour mixture into the glass (putting the ice into the glass instead of the bowl or jug prevents the sangria from becoming diluted). No extra garnish required but feel free to throw in extra fruit if you have it, I stick to berries, apples and oranges.

Raspberry Margarita

Tequila, triple sec, simple, lime, raspberry.

Ingredients:

1.5oz Tequila

0.5oz Triple sec

0.75oz Simple syrup

1oz Lime juice

5 muddled raspberries

Directions:

Mix 1 cup hot water with 1 cup sugar and stir until dissolved, refrigerate for 30 minutes then use in recipe as simple syrup. Add 5 fresh raspberries to your shaker tin and crush with a spoon or muddling tool. Pour tequila, triple sec, simple syrup and lime juice into the shaker tin. Shake with ice and strain into glass with fresh ice, adding a lime wheel or raspberries as a garnish.
