Hannah and Sarah have been planning events since 2019.
Both Hannah and Sarah grew up in the GTA and moved to the Lower Mainland for post-secondary. It was during their time at university, that the two of them began to plan events and fell in love with the process.

One of the founders of Kairos Events, Hannah is a lover of people and sentimental moments. You can find Hannah working hard behind the scenes to make your event become an experience you'll never forget.
In her spare time, you can find Hannah browsing the aisles of Indigo with her husband Justin, watching One Tree Hill or planning her next vacation.
Meet Sarah
Sarah is one of the co-founders of Kairos Events and she is passionate about people and creating opportunities for connection. She loves watching people’s event dreams become reality and making the planning process easier for them.
Outside of work Sarah can be spotted exploring new cafés and restaurants with her husband Linden, reading a good book, or planning her next adventure - preferable one in Europe.
